The Marsh Balloon is a limited rare toy in Adopt Me! that was released around January 2019. It could have been obtained by opening a Small Gift, Big Gift, or Massive Gift, which cost 70, 199, and 499 respectively. As the Marsh Balloon is no longer part of the Gifts rotation, it can now only be obtained through trading.
